About m00labs
m00labs is an independent AI consulting and MVP engineering lab. We exist to close the gap between AI strategy and working software — and we do it with fixed-scope packages, model-agnostic delivery, and a definition of done agreed in the scope: a verdict and roadmap delivered, or software deployed, documented and operable.
Why m00labs exists
Most companies do not need an AI department. They need specific workflows to run better: documents processed instead of re-keyed, data synced between systems instead of copied, questions answered from internal knowledge instead of a hunt through tools. That is engineering work with AI inside it — and it only pays off when it is scoped tightly and shipped properly.
m00labs takes a concrete business problem and decides with the customer what it needs: a scoping session that ends in an honest verdict and a roadmap, or an automation, custom integration or full MVP that ends in working software. We work across OpenAI/ChatGPT, Anthropic and open-source models, and we use our own tooling only where it is genuinely the better fit for the job.
How we work
- Remote by default. Engagements run remotely with regular demos and a direct line to the team doing the work.
- Fixed scope, agreed in writing. Every package starts with scope in, scope out and the deliverable — approved before the work begins.
- Model-agnostic. OpenAI, Anthropic or open-source models, chosen per problem and named in the quote.
- The deliverable matches the package. Consulting ends in an honest verdict and a roadmap your team keeps; builds end deployed with tests, documentation and an operator walkthrough, so your team can run what was built.

The engagement model
A typical m00labs engagement starts with the customer's problem and moves through a scoped package. Consulting packages — a clarity session or an audit — end in an honest verdict and a roadmap; build packages — an automation sprint or MVP build — end in working software the team can operate. The packages are deliberately sequenced so you can enter at the point that matches your certainty: low-commitment clarity work when you are unsure, straight to a build when you are not.
Independence matters
We are not a reseller and not a body shop. No vendor's roadmap drives our recommendations, and no hourly meter rewards us for taking longer. When a workflow is not worth automating, the honest answer is part of the deliverable. That independence is why the scoping packages exist — and why the build packages can promise a defined deliverable at a fixed scope.
