Privacy
What this website collects, why it collects it, and how to ask us about it — in plain language, with no dark patterns.
What you send
If you use the enquiry form: your name, your work email, an optional company, which package you are interested in, and your message.
Where it goes
Into m00labs' own private record of enquiries, so a request is not lost between sessions. It is not published and it is not sold.
What we never do
No advertising profiles built from your visit, no selling of your enquiry, and no attempt to identify you as a visitor.
The enquiry form
The contact form records your name, your work email, an optional company, the package you selected, and your message. It also records a small amount of campaign information: the utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign and utm_content values present in the link you arrived on, each cut to 64 characters, plus the path of the page you landed on. That is how a conversation can be traced back to the link that started it.
Nothing else is collected. There is no account, no password and no payment step anywhere on this site, and the form has nowhere to put card details.
Where an enquiry is stored
Your request is written to m00labs' own private record of enquiries. That record belongs to m00labs, is not part of the public website, and is read by m00labs in order to deal with the request. It is not published, not sold, and not passed to third parties for their own purposes.
No automatic reply
The form records a request; it does not send an automatic acknowledgement, and no reply time is promised. If you want a direct route to a person rather than a recorded request, write to hi@m00labs.com — that mailbox is the reliable way to reach us.
What is kept in your browser
Two things, both small and both first-party:
- your colour-theme choice — light, dark or system — so the site does not flash the wrong theme on your next visit;
- if the link you arrived on carried campaign parameters, those first-touch values, kept for the tab session so that a later click on a contact link can carry them with it.
These live in your browser's own storage rather than in advertising cookies, and they are not shared. Clearing your browser storage removes them.
Measurement
The pages include a small first-party analytics script that records aggregate page views and visits for this site, so we can see which pages are actually read. It is used in aggregate; no visitor profile is built from it, and this site runs no advertising or profiling cookies.
Typefaces
The pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests those files from Google's servers. That request is outside our control. If you would rather not make it, a font blocker will prevent it and the pages still render in a system fallback.
Keeping an enquiry
An enquiry is kept for as long as it is useful: to deal with the request, and as a record of what was discussed. You can ask us to delete it by writing to hi@m00labs.com.
