Sending the form, or writing to us, starts a conversation. It commits you to nothing at all.

Begins with scope agreed in writing — what is in, what is out, and what done looks like — and a quote you approve first.
Using this website
You are welcome to read, link to and quote this site. Its content describes m00labs and the work it does, and is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates an engagement between you and m00labs.
Enquiries, and how an engagement starts
Sending the enquiry form, or writing to hi@m00labs.com, starts a conversation. It does not create an engagement and does not commit either side to anything. The form records your request in m00labs' own private record — see the Privacy page for what is stored and why. It does not send an automatic acknowledgement, and no reply time is promised.
Every engagement then begins the same way: scope agreed in writing — what is in, what is out, and what done looks like — and a quote, which you approve before any work begins.
Deliverables, ownership and access
The deliverable for each package is agreed in writing during scoping. Ownership of work product, hosting arrangements and access to systems are agreed and documented during scoping, before build work starts, so that these are settled before anything is built rather than after.
Data, hosting and confidentiality
How data flows between systems, where things are hosted and who can access them are agreed and documented during scoping, before build work starts. This website's own handling of an enquiry is described on the Privacy page.
Availability and accuracy
We try to keep this site accurate and available, and we correct things when we find them wrong. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, or that every statement on it is current at the moment you read it.
Acceptable use
Please do not use the enquiry form to send bulk or automated submissions, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or with anyone else's use of it.
Links to other sites
Where this site links elsewhere, we are not responsible for what is on those sites or for how they handle your data.
