Automation & Integration Sprint
One production workflow or integration — scoped with you, engineered properly and deployed inside the tools you already run. This package is for a specific, named workflow that is costing your team hours every week.
What the sprint ships
Typical targets include document and invoice processing, CRM hygiene and routing, support triage, and cross-tool data sync between two or three systems. The workflow is chosen with you in kickoff — or carried over from a Clarity Session or Opportunity Audit — and everything is scoped to that one deliverable.
The build runs on the right stack for the job: workflow orchestration, custom API code, or a combination, with hosted or open-source models where the workflow needs language or judgement. We are not tied to a template library — the workflow is built to fit how your operation actually runs.
What is included
- One defined workflow or integration, selected in kickoff with the buyer.
- Build on the appropriate stack — workflow orchestration, API code, or both; hosted or open-source models as the job requires.
- Error handling, logging, monitoring and security basics as part of the build, not extras.
- Deployment to production, handover documentation and an operator walkthrough for your team.
What is not included
- Multi-department or agentic systems — those are re-scoped as a larger build or MVP.
- Ongoing maintenance beyond the sprint; the AI Lab Partner covers that as a standing engagement.
- Data migration, changes to third-party SaaS contracts, or hardware.
The difference between a template and a build
A workflow that runs your business needs more than the happy path. It needs retries when an API rate-limits, logging when an edge case appears, monitoring so a failure surfaces before it costs you a day of work, and tests so a change next quarter does not quietly break it. That layer is the core of this sprint — it is what separates a workflow that runs from a demo that impressed someone.
A good fit if
- Your team re-keys the same data between systems every week.
- Documents, tickets or leads sit in an inbox waiting for someone to route them.
- You already know the workflow you want fixed and need it built properly — not stitched together.
Name the workflow. We will scope it.
